摘要 本文明确了电厂供电煤耗和发电煤耗的区别,通过统计数字说明了泵功在厂用电中的重要性。以单耗分析理论为基础,应用非平衡热力学思想,首次提出了热力系统在线监测的热力学第二定律分析方法中存在的流动阻力损耗重复计算的问题,并以某电厂热力系统一个回热加热器为例,对该问题进行了分析。在此基础上进行扩展,对加热器不同压差下的情况进行了分析。最后通过计算提出了可行的解决方案。完善了分析方法,提高了热力系统在线监测经济性分析的准确性。 The difference between the net fuel consumption and the power produce fuel consumption has been clarified in this article. It is explained through the statistical figure the importance of pumps merit in electricity used in the plant. The thought of nonbalanced thermodynamics is used to bring forward the problem of the repeated computation of flow resistance loss existed in analysis method of the second law of thermodynamics in thermodynamic system on-line monitor on the basis of consumption for the first time. A regeneration heater is taken as an example to analyze that problem and the analysis is extended to situations under various press differences. And at last, a viable solution which can consummate the analysis method of exergy and enhance the accuracy of the thermodynamic system on-line monitor was proposed through calculation.
