摘要
本文根据标准k-ε双方程紊流模型,采用有限容积法,利用Airpak商业软件包对辐流洁净室内气流场进行了CFD模拟。通过模拟计算和分析,对辐流洁净室内在高效过滤器的外面加装扇型散流孔板的必要性进行了研究,并得出高效过滤器设置在顶棚比设置在侧墙更合理。从空气龄的角度认为房间适宜的长高比在1.5~2之间。另外,通过研究还发现对传染性隔离病房辐流是一种比较合理的气流组织形式。
According to k-ε double equation turbulent flow model, using limited volume method and Airpak commercial software package, the air distribution in vector-flow clean room is studied. Through the simulative calculation and analysis, the necessity of fixing sector diffusion orifice panel outside HEPA in the vector flow clean room are analyzed, and so it is more suitable that arranging the high efficiency particular air filter on the roof than on the side wall. According to velocity field and air ages, the right ratio of length to height in the room should be between 1.5-2. In addition, the result shows that vector flow is a relatively ideal flow pattern of air flow for contagious isolation wards.
