摘要
从聚乙二醇20M(PEG 20M)的辐射交联基础研究入手,利用所获得的结果移植到以其作固定相的毛细管柱的制备。从PEG 20M的分子量测定、红外光谱及其辐解产物的分析中推出PEG 20 M的基本交联反应和它的凝胶化剂量、交联G值,从而确定在不加任何添加剂的情况下,制备性能优良的PEG 20 M毛细柱的最适工艺条件。
The results which have obtained accorting to basic studies of irradiatedcrosslinking of PEG 20M were transplanted to pregaration of capillary column ofPEG 20M The elementary crosslinking reactions of PEG 20M have been deducedfrom the determination of the molecular weight, IR, radiolytic products as well asgel dose and crosslinking G value. Accordingly, the good technical conditions of ma-king capillary column of PEG 20M were found without any additives.
