摘要
本工作通过等离子体预处理的方法,实现了丙烯酰胺(AM)与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的接枝共聚合。接枝后的PTFE表面性能同PAM一致。聚合动力学研究发现,接枝首先由过氧化自由基引发,随着反应的进行过氧键断裂生成烷氧自由基。随后的聚合是由烷氧自由基引发的。
The peroxide free radicals exist in the surface of PTFE films treatedby plasma. These free radicals can react with AM to form a grafted layer. XPS anal-ysis showed that there are O and N elementary on PTFE surfaces after grafting. Thesurface energy of grafted layer is 35-40 dyn/em as same as that of polyacrylamide.The amount of grafted AM is affected by plasma treating time and postpolymerizationtime. The postpolymerization is very complicated.
