摘要
近年来,我国企业研发投入逐年增加,企业研发能力不断加强,已经成为研发投入的主体。我国研发活动中的这一积极现象,有其现实原因。知识产权制度的建立和完善,使我国企业不得不加强研发能力。企业竞争焦点的前移,导致企业必须加强研发能力。经济增长方式的转变,要求企业必须加强研发能力。此外,还可从理论上进行解释。技术成果市场交易存在缺陷,要求企业必须加强研发能力。技术成果的定价受信息不对称现象的困扰,要求企业必须加强研发能力。不确定性的存在使不对称现象难以克服,要求企业必须加强研发能力。
In recent years, our country enterprise expenditures of the research and development increase year by year, the research and development ability strengthens continuously,the enterprise has already become of main body the research and development. The aggressive phenomenon in research and development has the realistic reason. The establishment of intelligent property systems makes enterprises strengthen the research and development ability. Business enterprise competition,have to cause the enterprise to strengthen the research and development ability. The change in the way of economy increases requests a business enterprise to strengthen the research and development ability. The aggressive phenomenon can be explained from the theories in addition. The technique result market trades existence blemish the list price of technique result is subjected to information dissymmetry the harassment of the phenomenon the indetermination existence makes dissymmetry phenomenon hard to overcome request a business enterprise to strengthen the research and development ability.
