摘要
针对弛张筛在细粒煤炭筛分方面的需要及其动力学特性研究的空白,文章考察了工业型弛张筛的状况,从双质体非线性振动系统的角度分析了它的幅频特性,借助于计算机手段绘制了国产CZS系列三个规格弛张筛的幅频特性曲面,较之通常的幅频特性曲面,显示了其本质上的一致性及其特殊性。在此基础上,提出了采用近亚共振动力状态,即低频大幅工作条件的建议,完善了弛张筛在环保和节能应用中的理论和技术支持。
According to the demand of flip-flow screen on fine coal screening, the paper studies the state of the industrial flip-flow screen, analyses its amplitude-frequency performance based on double-mass nonlinear vibration system, draws the amplitude-frequency performance curve of three specification of domestic CZS series with computer, which is compared with usual one, it displays the consistency and particularity in nature. On the basis of which, it suggests applying nearly resonance force, that is to work under the condition of low frequency and great amplitude, so as to perfect the theoretical and technical support on the environment and energy-saving application of flip-flow screen.
