摘要
民间金融的发展对我国渐进式改革提供了重要的金融资源支持。文章在分析我国既有的金融体制变迁的基础上,指出民间金融的发展是内生于民营经济的诱致性制度变迁,提出促进民间金融发展所需的制度安排。
The civil financing has provided financial resource for China＇s gradual reform. Based on analyzing the change of past reform of financial institution,this paper insisted that civil financing has risk character, and it is induced institutional change based on private economy, finally proposed the institutional arrangement of developing civil financing.
