前列冲剂对良性前列腺增生模型大鼠性激素水平及前列腺重量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Qianlie Chongji on Sex Hormone Level and Prostatic Weight in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Rats

摘要 目的:观察前列冲剂对实验性良性前列腺增生(BPH)大鼠性激素水平和前列腺重量的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将50只成年SD大鼠随机分为5组,去势7d后皮下注射丙酸睾酮5mg/kg造模,同时实验组灌胃给予前列冲剂2.25、6.75g/kg,醋酸甲地孕酮50mg/kg,空白组和模型组给予蒸馏水,30d后处死,检查血清性激素含量,称取前列腺湿重,计算前列腺指数,光镜观察前列腺组织病理学改变。结果:前列腺湿重前列冲剂组与模型组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),血清睾酮含量模型组显著高于空白组和前列冲剂高剂量组(P<0.05),而前列冲剂高剂量组与空白组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:前列冲剂对前列腺重量无明显影响,但能显著降低血清睾酮含量,改善血清性激素水平紊乱。 Objective : To study the effect of qianlie chongji on sex hormone level and prostatic weight in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) rats and its mechanism. Methods: 50 adult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. Castrations were performed on all of rats except the control group. After seven days, hyperplasia of prostate was induced by subcutaneous injection of a 5 mg/kg testosterone propionate. Experimental group animals were infused into the stomach of megestrol acetate 50mg/kg, qianlie chongji 2. 25g/kg and 6.75g/kg respec- tively. Control and BPH groups of animals were implanted of distilled water only. Animals were sacrificed after 30 days. Serum sex hormone was analyzed, prostatic weight was measured, prostatic index was calculated, and histological analysis was performed using light microscopy. Result: In BHP group rats, prostatic weight was no significantly different (P 〉 0. 05 ) than it in qianlie chongji group rats, serum testosterone was significantly higher (P 〈 0. 05 ) than it in control and high dose group rats, between which no significantly different serum testosterone level was observed (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Qianlie chongji has no significant effect on prostatic weight. But it has the capability to decrease serum testosterone content, which optimizes sex hormone in blood.
