摘要
为了不断提高医学生职业道德教育的有效性和实效性,需要不断完善和健全现有职业道德培养渠道,并拓展新途经。本文在初略探讨国内外医学职业培养途径和分析医学生职业道德素质现状基础上,结合我院为民族地区培养“下得去,用得上,留得住,有作为”医学人才的目标,以提高我院医学生职业道德素质目的,讨论如何改革我院医学生职业道德教育模式,寻找适合我院特点的医学生职业道德培养的有效途径,实现我院校训——“大医精诚”,并以此为动力,凝练为我院最为鲜明的办学特色之一。
In order to improve validity and substantial results of professional ethics of medical students constantly, which needs constantly to perfect the existing channel professional ethics, and expands new via. This text slightly probes into the domestic and international medical job and training the way and analyzes current situation of the professional ethics, on the foundation, combine the our academy training medical talents＇ goal that ＂going down , can using , can leave for the ethnic mimority area, capable and laboring＂, to improve the quality of professional ethics our medical college students, and discuss how to reform the educational pattern of professional ethics of medical students in our College, and look for medical science suitable for our academy to grow the effective way that the professional ethics training to realize the school motto of our academy - -＂respected doctor＇s absolute sincerity＂, and regard this as motive force to condense for one of the most distinct characteristics of our academy.
