摘要
为了提高母牛的生产和繁殖性能，选用1．8～2岁的荷斯坦乳牛，用优质青苜蓿替代部分精饲料进行试验，以测定其对乳牛产奶量、乳脂率等的影响．结果表明，2kg青苜蓿可替代1kg混合精饲料，日产奶量可提高7．98％，乳脂率提高0．21％，饲料报酬提高23．08％，每头牛每年可增经济效益984．00元.
To improve the production trait and breeding performance of the cow, we raise the 1.8 - 2 years old Holstein cow with alfalfa to substitute the forge. At the same time, we observed the influence about the milk performance and milk fat. The results showed that using 2Kg alfalfa to substitute 1Kg forge, daily milk performance have improved 7.98%, milk fat have improved 0.21%, rewarding of the forge have improved 0.21%. According to this result, every Holstein cow can increase 984.00￥ each year.
