摘要
目的:探讨直肠癌术后并发症的病因及防治方法。方法:回顾性分析我院1995年6月-2005年5月收治的96例直肠癌患者术后出现并发症患者的临床资料。结果:本组病例发生各类并发症19例,包括术后早期炎性肠梗阻、吻合口瘘、造瘘口狭窄、造瘘口旁脓肿、造瘘口肠管缺血坏死回缩、输尿管损伤、腹腔内疝、肺部感染、切口感染、切口裂开、下肢深静脉血栓等。结论:直肠癌术后出现并发症部分为医源性因素,积极的预防、合理的治疗、规范的操作是减少并发症、提高疗效的关键。
Objective： To investigate the causes of the postoperative complication from the Rectal carcinoma, and find the way to avoid them. Methods： Retrospective analyisi of 96 patients（from June 1995 to May 2005） who suffered from the complication after the operation. Results： In all of the patients. There are nineteen cases of complications, they includdthe early postoperative inflammationary ileus, the inosculation meatus fistula, the fistula meatus narrow, the abscess around the fistula meatus, the necrosis with the intestines of the fistula meatus, the ureter hurt,the celiac hernia, the lung infection, the incision infection, the incision split, the lower limb＇ sdeep vein thrombus and so on. Conclusion： Part of the reason about the complication is from the source of medicine. Active prevention, reasonable treatment and canonical operation is linchpin of decrease complication, increase curative effect.
