对麦草生物化机浆进行酶预处理及醋酸酐活化改善其漂白效果 被引量:1

Improvement of bleaching effect in xylanase pretreatment and acetic anhydride activation of wheat straw bio-chemimechanical pulp

摘要 对麦草生物化机浆进行酶预处理,并且在漂白过程中对其进行醋酸酐活化,可以改善其漂白效果。研究表明,对H2O2漂白的浆料进行酶预处理和醋酸酐活化处理的较佳条件为:酶用量15IU/g绝干浆,处理时间120min左右;醋酸酐加入时间为反应2.5h之后,加入量为5%,处理时间为10~15min。浆料经过处理后白度可大幅度提高。 The bleaching effect can be improved with xylanase pretreatment and acetic anhydride activation in bleaching process of wheat straw biochemimechanical pulp, The results indicate that the suitable conditions for xylanase pretreatment and acetic anhydride activation on H2O2 bleached pulp were xylanase dosage of 151U/g on bond dry wheat straw pulp and 120 min treatment, acetic anhydride dosage of 5%, 10-15min, added when peroxide bleaching proceeded 2.5 hours. The brightness of the pulp could be improved greatly by the pretreatment.
