摘要
目的研究先天性髋脱位的Ferguson手术指征及手术方法的改进。方法采用Ferguson手术方法(即经髋关节内侧入路切开复位手术)治疗25例,共36髋,其中女19例,男6例,年龄15-30个月,平均22.5个月。结果全部病例均获得随访,平均随访时间3年,均复位成功,未发生术后再脱位及股骨头坏死,优良率98%。结论Ferguson手术简单易行,尤其对30个月龄以内的婴幼儿,髋臼指数<40°者更易施行。
Objective To research the indication of Ferguson＇s operation and the improvement of the operation technique. Methods Ferguson＇ s operation was performed on 36 hip joint of 25 eases with congenital dislocation of the hip . The average age of the patients was 22.5 months （range from 15 to 30 months）. Results In the follow- up for an average of 3 years, all patients were available for review. The excellent and good rote was 98 %. The rate of reduction success was 100% in all cases . There isn＇t redislocation and avascular necrosis of femoral head in all eases. Conclusion Ferguson＇s operation is a simple and effective therapy for the treatment of the congenital dislocation of hip. It especially adequate for the infants who are less than thirty months and the acetabular angle is less than 40.
