摘要
目的观察低频脉冲电磁场对原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法用低频脉冲电磁场治疗30例骨质疏松症患者,观察患者骨痛的缓解情况、血清骨钙素、β-Ⅰ型胶原羧基前肽水平、骨密度变化情况。结果患者骨痛缓解率达到57.7%,治疗前后血清骨钙素、β-Ⅰ型胶原羧基前肽水平、骨密度均有显著性差异。结论低频脉冲电磁场能有效缓解骨质疏松患者的骨痛症状,提高骨密度,是治疗原发性骨质疏松症的有效方法之一。
Objective To observe the therapoutic effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) on primary osteoporosis. Methods 30 patients with primary osteoporosis received PEMFs therapy. Clinical waist and back pain grade, serum osteocalcin and β-crosslaps, bone mineral density(BMD) were determined before and after therapy.Results After therapy, the pain palliated in 15 patients among 26 patients with pain, the total effective rate was 57.7%. There were significant change in serum osteocalcin and β- crosslaps, bone mineral density(BMD)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields can ameliorate pain and increase bone mineral density,PEMFs is one of the effective ways in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.
