摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ是由配体激活的核转录因子,它参与肝星状细胞的活化,与细胞因子共同调控星状细胞的增殖及细胞外基质的生成。配体作为PPARγ活化剂,可通过减弱信号传导来抑制肝星状细胞的活化及肝纤维化的形成,因而PPARγ配体有望用于防治肝纤维化。 Peroxisome Proliferator activated receptorγ(PPARγ) is a nuclear factor(NF) activated by ligand, it involves in the activation of hepatic stellate cell, as well as co-regulating the proliferation of stellate cells and the generation of extracellular matrix accompanied by cytokine. Ligand, the activator of PPART, inhibits the activation of hepatic stellate cell and the formation of liver fibrosis by reducing the signal conducting, which indicates that the PPARγ ligand potentially be used to prevent liver fibrosis.
