摘要
肝病在国内是一种重要而难治的疾病,主要包括急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌。多年研究发现,cccDNA在肝病发展的每个过程中起着重要的作用。尽管有些具体机制不是很清楚,此文就cccDNA在肝病中的作用作一综述。
The hepatopathy is a kind of important and refractory disease, mainly including the acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. Many years study show that cccDNA plays an important role in every process of the liver disease development. Though some mechanism is not very clear, this articte try to review that cccDNA has important function in the liver disease.
