摘要
海绵钛生产工艺流程为钛精矿——电炉熔炼钛渣——氯化——粗TiCl4精制——还原蒸馏——海绵钛取出破碎——分级包装。本文以该流程为顺序分别叙述了各工序的工艺技术和生产特点,并对主要工艺和技术方案做了相应比较和分析。为新建海绵钛企业的工艺、技术方案、设备等选择提供参考。
The fundamental process of titanium sponge is fine titanium mine→high - titania slag after melting→chlorination→TiCl4 refinement→deoxi- dization distillation→titanium sponge crushing→titanium sponge packing. It introduced the process technologies and production characteristics. Main processes and technologies are compared and analyzed. It is provided for new titanium sponge plant to select of process, technology and equipment.
