摘要
目的:本项研究为修复拇指外展功能提出一种显微外科的技术。方法:其方法有二:一是采用吻合血管神经的肌肉皮瓣移植术;二是采用前臂骨间前神经旋前方肌肌支移位修复大鱼际肌肌支。结果:经过动物实验和显微解剖研究,证实了手术的科学性和实用性。应用于临床随诊病例优良率达90%。结论:凡是腕掌部各类外伤导致大鱼际肌功能丧失,需修复其外展功能者,均可采用本项技术修复之。因为本手术为修复肌肉原来固有的功能,克服了传统方法的弊病。
Objective:To investigate a new microsurgical technique to restore the abduction of thumbs Method:Two kinds of operations were performed:Transplantation of vascularized musculocutaneous flap and transposition of the pronator quadratus branch of the anterior interosseous nerve to repair the recurrent brcnch of the median nerve Results:Fxperimental study and microsurgical anatomy had verified that the operations were scientific and practical In the follow up patients,the good and excellent rate was up to 90% Conclusion:The indications for the new technique are the wrist and palm injuries with the loss of thenar function which need repairing the abduction of the thumbs The new operations can restore the function of thenar muscles
