摘要
阿维菌素是目前具有很大发展潜力的生物农药之一。实验中采用蜜胺树脂为囊壁材料,使用原位聚合法制备阿维菌素微胶囊,研究了制备过程中主要影响因素,同时考虑农药微胶囊的实用性,最终确定出制备阿维菌素微胶囊的最佳实验条件:芯壁比为5∶1、乳化搅拌时间为10 min、乳化搅拌速度为500 r/min、加酸速度为20min内调节pH值至3-4等。
Abamectin microcapsule was prepared by in - situ polymerization with melamine - formaldehyde resin, and the main factors were studied. Practicability of the pesticide was also discussed, and the optimal condition was chosen as ratio of core quantity to wall quantity 5 : 1, stirring 10 min at 500 r/min and addition of acid in 20 min to pH 3 - 4.
