摘要
本文提出入射光面转动的新型工作模式TeO_2声光偏转器．入射光面转动指k波矢位在[110]－z’平面，[110]-z’平面是[110]－[001]面绕[110]轴转动一定角度而得．这种器件的特点是：比通常的偏转器具有更高的衍射效率和更宽的动态范围．
We report have a new mode of TeO_2 acousto-optic deflector with rotated optical incident plane, which means that the optical vector k lies in the [110]-z' plane, obtained from the [110]-[001]plane through a rotation around the [110]axis with a small angle.This device has high diffraction efficiency and improved dynamic range compared with the conventional TeO_2 deflector.
