摘要
目的:对分离自环境与临床患者的6株MRSA通过多种方法进行基因分型。方法:应用多重PCR方法检测该6株金葡菌是否MRSA,然后通过SCCmec typing,MLST,spaA typing,coa typing,AP-PCR,RAPD和ERIC-PCR等多种方法进行基因分型。结果:6株金葡菌均为MRSA,均携带Ⅲ型SCCmec,序列型为ST239,spaA型为GKAOMQ,coa型为HI-JKL,AP-PCR,RAPD和ERIC-PCR的指纹图谱均显示其带型一致,来源于同一克隆系,病原上具有高度同源性。结论:MRSA可能通过环境与患者之间传播而引起感染,并且如果该克隆的MRSA携带上毒素基因,则可能爆发非常严重和危险的院内感染。
Objective: To determine genotypes of 6 environmental and clinical acquired - MRSA strains using several methods. Methods: Six S. aureus strains were subjected to multiplex - PCR for detection of MRSA, then genotyping for all strains was performed using SCCmec typing,MLST,spaA typing,coa typing,AP - PCR,RAPD and ERIC - PCR. Results:The 6 S. aureus strains were ST239 - MRSA -Ⅲ, its spaA type was GKAOMQ and coa type was HIJKL. According to the fingerprinting of AP - PCR,RAPD and ERIC -PCR, 6 MRSA strains exhibited the same patterns, indicating that they were originated from the same clone and were phylogenetieally related. Conclusion: Nosocomial infection between patients and environment could be mediated by MRSA. Moreover, a severe and dangerous MRSA outbreak could occur if a virulent strain is present
