摘要
目的:采用顶空气相色谱法测定桃儿七粉中氯仿残留量。方法:用自动顶空进样器和气相色谱仪,以OV1701石英毛细管柱(40 m×320μm,0.25μm)为分离色谱柱,载气为氮气,FID检测器,50%乙醇为溶剂,氯仿的保留时间为4.92 m in。结果:实验表明,氯仿浓度在2～40μg/m l范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.0%。结论:方法快速、简单、灵敏度高,可用于测定桃儿七粉中氯仿残留量。
Objective：To determine leftover chloroform in sinopodophyUum hexandrum （royle）ying powder by gas chromatography using headspace sampling method. Methods ：The experiment was carried on GC using automatic headspace sampler, OV1701 （40 m ×320 μm,0. 25μm） column and 50% ethanol as solvent. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the detector was FID. The retention time of Chloroform was 4. 92 min. Results： Chloroform showed good linearity （ r = 0. 9996） in the range of 2 ～ 40μg/ ml. The average recovery was 98. 0%. Conclusion：The method is rapid, simple and sensitive and it can be used for determining chloroform in sinopodophyllum hexandrum（royle） ying powder.
