海外成熟票据市场以融资性商业票据为主导,以票据专营机构、基金为主要参与者,其资产支持票据、票据发行便利等发行方式,以及广泛采用的电子化交易模式,都是我国票据市场在发展和创新中值得学习和借鉴的内容。同时,这一发展趋势也为我国票据经营机构带来了机遇和挑战。
Mature overseas paper markets are dominated by financing-based commercial papers, with paper houses and funds as the major participants. In these markets, electronic trading is widely used, and Asset-backed Commercial Paper and Note Issuance Facilities are two important forms of issuance. This paper points out the implication for the advancement and innovation of China＇s paper market, as well as the opportunities and challenges that the global development trend offers to China＇s commercial paper institutions.
