摘要
目的对新生儿脐血细胞成分特点、血生化、免疫球蛋白及补体进行分析,并检测脐血CD34+细胞数,探讨脐血的组成特征和CD34+细胞的含量特点。方法分类计数用Olympass显微镜;用己糖激酶法分血清TP、ALB、GLB水平;用Beckman Array360 System自动免疫分析仪分析血清IgGI、gAI、gM、补体C3、C4水平;用流式细胞仪ProCount软件分析脐血CD34+细胞百分率。结果新生儿脐血细胞既不同于新生儿静脉血,也不同于成人血,在脐血中出现幼稚红细胞及幼稚粒细胞。其中只有中幼红细胞所占比例有显著性性别差异(P<0.01),其余均无性别差异(P>0.05)。新生儿脐血细胞中有核红细胞的数量与其血红蛋白的浓度也不成比例。脐血中血清TP、ALB、GLBI、gAI、gM、补体C3、C4水平均明显低于成人外周血;脐血CD34+细胞占有核细胞百分率为(0.97±0.24)%。结论新生儿脐血细胞具有特殊性,在新生儿免疫状况研究及脐血输注等方面具有重要意义。脐血不仅能正确指导新生儿的医疗保健及疾病防治,而且脐血输注与移植比成人外周血有着更广阔的应用前景。
Objective To analyze the ingredient features,biochemistry feature ,immune globulin and alexin and to detect the CD34 positive ceU population in umbilical cord blood of neonates. Methods Differential count was completed by olympass microscope. Serum total protein, albumin and globulin were detected by Hk methods. The levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 were deteced by Beckman Array360 system autoimmune analysator. The CD34 positive cell percentage was analyzed through procount software of flowcytomettry. Results Differert from neonate venous blood and adult blood, the immature red cells and granular cells were dis- covered in umbilical cord blood of neonates. Only the intermediate erythroblast proportion Ires significant sex differences （P 〈 0.01 ） . And in umblical cord blood cell, there is no good correlation between erythroblast number and heamoglobin concentration. The leves of serum TP, ALB, GLB, IgA, IgM, C3, CA are much lower than in adult blood. CD34 positive percentage in nucleated cell is （0.97 ± 0.24）%. Conclusion Umbilical cord blood of neonates Ires its specificity,which is of great significance in observation of neonate immune state research and cord blood infusion. Cord blood can give a correct direction to neonate medical care and disease prevention and cure. Futhermore, cord blood infusion and transplantation has a more extensive appheation prospect than adult blood.
