摘要
职业生涯规划主要指个人的职业生涯规划,但受组织的影响。职业生涯管理是从组织角度来进行的一系列管理行为,它是组织和个人共同进行的,分为组织职业生涯管理和员工自我职业生涯管理。职业生涯发展是在个人和组织利益相互结合的基础上,通过组织进行的一系列职业生涯管理活动,包含了个人职业生涯规划和组织的职业生涯管理两个基本活动。
Professional career programming mainly indicate individuals' professional career programming, but it is influenced by the organization. Professional career management is a series of management behavior from the perspective of organization, and it is carried out by the organization as well as individuals, which can divide into two aspects: organization's professional career management and self-professional career management of the staff. On the basis of mutual combination of individuals' benefit with organization's benefit, professional career development include two kinds of basic activities: individuals' professional career programming and organization's professional career management through a series of professional career management activities carried out by organization.
