摘要
1998年8月13日,位于天山东部喀尔里克山南侧故乡河流域的白吉水文站,发生了1956年建站至2005年最大的暴雨洪水,洪峰流量高达124m3/s。该次暴雨强度大、历时短、面积小,造成的洪水暴涨陡落,峰型高而尖瘦,洪水过程持续约4h。文中对流域特点、天气学特征、水情等进行了分析。
On 13 August 1998 in Country river valley on the southern slopes of East Tian Shan Mountains generated a heavy rainstorm and Flood. the maximum flood reached to 124m^3s^-1. This Rainstorm have the characters of the great volume of flow, not lasting long, and small area,induced flood rose and fell suddenly, flood peak was tall and thin, whole flood process continued four hours.This paper analyzed the characteristics of valley,Weather featurs and water situation.
