摘要
磁动式测氧仪是一种良好的测量气体氧含量设备。文章介绍了常见各种气体磁化率的特点,分析磁动式测量混合气体中氧气含量的原理,推导哑铃球系统在不均匀磁场中哑铃球受到的转动力矩公式,介绍磁动式测氧仪的核心部件——测量池的组成方案,并讨论了提高仪器灵敏度所采取的措施。实验结果表明该系统具有良好的灵敏度,性能良好,方案可行。
The magnetomotive oxygen detector is a good device for the detection of oxygen content, Features of magnetic susceptibility of usual gases are presented, with the analysis of the principles of the magnetomotive detection of oxygen content in mixed gas. Formulae of dumbbell ball system are deduced on the rotative movement that dumbbell receives in nonuniform magnetic field. We also introduce the composition scheme of the core component of magnetomotive oxygen detector, the measuring cell. A discussion is put forward on the measure to improve the sensitivity of the sensor. Experiments show that the system is of high sensitivity and performance, and that the scheme is feasible.
