摘要
缺乏有效的理论一直是我们在研究技术创新利益相关者产权问题时遇到的一个困惑,主体性产权理论给了我们很大的启示。主体性产权是相关属性和自主属性的统一,从这两方面属性探讨技术创新利益相关者的产权问题,揭示和论证“利益相关者共同拥有企业技术创新产权”这一命题,并进一步分析技术创新利益相关者产权的表现形式。
We always have a question that is lack of effective theory in the study of the stakeholders＇ property rights on technology innovation. The subjectivity property rights theory which is a unit of correlation attributes and freedom attributes give us illumination. From these two attributes, this paper understands the stakeholders＇ property rights on technology innovation. We reveals and demonstrates a proposition that is ＂stakeholders all own enterprise technology innovation property rights＂. Then we further analysis the forms of stakeholders＇ property rights on technology innovation.
