摘要
改革开发以来,党中央、国务院对普通高等学校艺术教育非常重视,教育部多次发布文件并进行督导检查,使普通高等学校的公共艺术教育得到了较大的发展。然而,由于传统艺术教育模式的束缚,教学方法、手段滞后,缺乏对艺术课程构建的顶层设计与评价体系研究,普通高校艺术教育仍处于初级阶段。艺术作为真正意义上的文化素质教育,亟待进一步深入探索,不断研究新方法,开创新思路,必须从构建创新艺术教育模式、整合诸种教育教学因素、改革课程内容与教学方法和创建教育教学评价体系等方面进行大胆的改革。
Since the beginning of reform and opening - up, the CPC Central Committee and State Council attaches great importance to ordinary institutions of higher learning and education, and documentation and supervision issued by the Ministry of Education has put checks to the general public higher education in the arts, resulting in great progress in the area. However, due to the constraints of traditional arts education model, teaching methods and approaches remain lagging behind, and beacause of a lack of arts curriculum design and evaluation system of top - level research, some colleges and universities arts education is still in its infancy. Art is a genuine culture of quality education, which can further in - depth study and be constantly improve. Therefore, we must create innovative arts education models by inteprating various elements of education, arts curriculum renewal, reform of teaching methods and approaches and the establishment of four teaching evaluation system for bold reform.
