摘要
邓小平非均衡与均衡区域发展战略思想,是指让一部分地区和一部分人通过诚实劳动和合法经营先富起来,最终达到整个社会的共同富裕,而这种非均衡与均衡式的战略发展必须顾全国家整体发展的战略大局。
Deng Xiaoping＇s unbalanced and balanced strategic thought of regional development is to allow a part of districts and a part of people to become rich first through honest work and legal business, and then to make the whole society rich. Yet this unbalanced and balanced strategic development should consider the overall country＇s development.
