摘要
统计表明,低驾龄驾驶人交通肇事在整个道路交通事故中占有相当比例,该文从驾驶技术、心理因素和管理3方面分析,提出了加强驾驶人培训的源头管理、改革现行驾驶证管理机制、重视心理调节、利用保险浮动费率激励安全行车等应对策略。
The statistics indicated that,the trouble of junior-driving drivers＇ had caused occupy a large percentage in the whole road traffic accident. The thesis makes an analysis from driver technique,mental factor and manage, put forward strategy of strengthening a source head that drive person＇s training a management and reform current driver certificate management mechanism, value mental state and regulate,making use of the insurance floats a fee rate to encourage a safety to go a car.
