摘要
目的探讨多体素2D1H-MRS脑肿瘤胆碱/N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(Cho/NAA)在不同观测者间是否具有可重复性。资料与方法对经手术病理证实的76例脑肿瘤的术前多体素2D1H-MRS检查资料,分别由两名观测者按不同的测量方法测定其Cho/NAA值。结果方法一依据Cho/NAA分布伪彩-解剖叠加图,测量其(Cho/NAA)max在两名观测者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.5);而方法二随机测定瘤体强化部分的Cho/NAA在两名观测者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论依据Cho/NAA分布伪彩-解剖叠加图测定脑肿瘤(Cho/NAA)max具有良好的可重复性。
Objective To discuss interobserver reproducibility of measuring Cho/NAA with Multivoxel 2D ^1H MR spectroscopy in brain tumor. Materials and Methods 2D ^1H MRS data of 76 cases with brain tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, the Cho/NAA was measured by two independent observers using different methods. Results With method one, a single pixel region of interest was guided by a color overlay map (distribution imaging + anatomy imaging DI + AI) and (Cho/NAA) max was measured, there was no significant difference between two observers ( P 〉 0.5), however, with method two, a same pixel region of interest randomly in the enhancement region of tumor without guiding by a color overlay map, there was significantly difference in Cho/NAA (P 〈 0.001) between two observers. Conclusion According to color overlay map, there is good inberobsorver reproducibility in measuring (Cho/NAA) max.
