ABR对金纳多治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的评估和动态监测 被引量:4

Evaluation on the therapeutic effect of Ginaton on vertebrobasilar transient ischemic vertigo by auditory brainstem response

摘要 目的观察金纳多对椎基底动脉短暂缺血性眩晕患者脑干诱发电位的影响。方法VBTIV患者36例,静脉应用金纳多治疗,分别于疗程第7、10、14、21天时,行11次/s的常规ABR测试和51次/s的高刺激率脑干诱发电位ABR测试并进行比较。结果比较51次/s与11次/s的ABR测试结果,除波Ⅰ潜伏期两者无差异外,其余各波潜伏期及波间期于治疗后较治疗前缩短,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尤其在发病的早期,ABR波Ⅴ潜伏期和Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期延长更为明显。结论高刺激率ABR可作为VBTIV疗效评估的一个客观指标,金纳多是治疗VBTIV的有效药物。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ginaton on vertigo induced senile vertebrobasilar transient ischemic via auditory brainstem response. Methods Thirty-six cases with vertebrobasilar transient ischemic vertigo (VBTIV) were included in this study. They were treated by intravenously given Ginaton for a course and monitored with routine auditory brain-stem responses (ABR) with a repeating rate of 1 1/s and a kind of ABR induced by high frequencies of stimulation at 51 repeats per second during the therapeutic course, determined at the 7^th, 10^th, 14^th and 21^st days respectively. Then, the therapeutic effect of these cases and its correlation with the values of two kinds of ABR were analyzed and compared with each other. Results With a comparison between the two systems of ABR values determined before and after the therapy respectively, it was found that all the waves showed significant differences in either their latencies or their inter-wave periods (P 〈 0.05), other than wave Ⅰ, as compared before and after the therapy respectively. At the early stage of lesion, there was a more delayed latency of wave V and an inter-wave period between wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅴ. Conclusions ABR values determined at high repeating rate can be taken as more reliable objective indicators for therapeutic effect evaluation of cases with VBTIV and Ginaton is one of the effective reagents for the treatment of this condition.
