摘要
利用全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪,在不同浓度NaOH溶液中,不同反应温度、不同反应时间的条件下,测定了经热活化、机械力活化的不同细度的煤矸石的Si4+和Al3+离子溶出量。发现在某些实验条件下,各种煤矸石的Si4+和Al3+离子溶出量与其火山灰活性具有良好的相关性。据此建立了在NaOH溶解溶液中,以Si4+和Al3+离子溶出总量为评价指标的煤矸石火山灰活性快速评价方法。结果表明:在40℃,1mol/L的NaOH溶液中,煤矸石的溶解时间仅需3h,其Si4+和Al3+离子溶出总量可作为火山灰活性的判据。
Contents of Si^4+and Al^3+ in NaOH solution dissolved out from the coal gangues with calcined different fmenesses were analyzed by iductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. The coal gangues were dissolved in NaOH solution with various concentration at different temperatures and reacting time. It is found that the content of Si^4+and Al^3+of coal gangue is linear with its pozzolanic reactive activity under the proper experimental conditions. A new rapid evaluation method for pozzolanic reactive activity of coal gangue is provided. The evaluation index of the method is the total content of Si^4+and Al^3+of coal gangue dissolved in NaOH solution, and the experimental condition is 1 mol/L NaOH solution, reacting temperature 40 ℃ and reacting time 3 h.
