自发性食管破裂的临床诊断和手术治疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 自发性食管破裂又称Boerhaave综合征，是一种较为少见的致死性的胸外科急症，病情严重，发展变化快，误诊率和死亡率高。本院自1995年10月至2005年12月共收治自发性食管破裂患者8例，现总结报告如下。
