人乳头瘤病毒感染与宿主人类白细胞抗原分型和宫颈癌发生的相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌是严重威胁广大妇女生殖健康的恶性肿瘤,现已证实人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生的主要病因。人类白细胞抗原(HLA)即人类主要组织相容性复合物(MHC),作为机体的免疫及遗传背景参与了宫颈癌的发生发展。本文就HPV型别与宫颈病变,宿主HLA分型与宫颈HPV感染、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)及宫颈癌发生的相关性的研究进展进行综述。 Cervical cancer is the second most common malignancy affecting the women worldwide and it has been demonstrated that HPV infection is the major risk factor for developing it. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA), as human major histocompatibility complex, plays an important role in the genetic susceptibility to HPV infection and development of cervical cancer. This article reviews the recent progress in the research on the correlation between HPV infection, HLA typing and cervical carcinogenesis.
