摘要
对国内、外相关资料进行分析、归纳和整理,介绍了预防克林霉素不良反应的相关知识及克林霉素引起各种不良反应后的救治方法,表明加强合理用药教育,最大限度地规避可预见药物不良反应,并能够在出现药物不良反应时,采取积极有效的救治措施,减小不良反应给人们带来的危害是十分必要的。
OBJECT To introduce the prophylactic - therapeutic measures of the adverse reaction for clindamycin so that provide references for clinic. METHODES The related data of clindamycin were analyzed , summed up and summarized . RESULTS The correlative data of preventing on the adverse reaction and the treatment and measures of the complication for clindamycin were summarized. CONCLUSION To avoid the known adverse reactions and reduce ADR, this is necessary.
