摘要
目的：建立盐酸咪达普利及片剂含量测定方法。方法：以甲醇为溶剂，运用旋光法测定盐酸咪达普利及片剂含量。结果：盐酸咪达普利在2．5—15mg／ml范围内浓度与旋光度呈良好线性关系，回归方程c=0．0250＋1.4550X，r=0．9998，平均回收率99．9％，RSD为0．49％（n=9）。结论：本法简便易行，结果准确，可作为盐酸咪达普利及片剂的质控方法。
OBJECT To establish a method for determining the content of Imidapril Hydrochloride and Imidapril Hydrochloride tablets. METHODS Used Polarimetric analysis and Methanol as solvent. RESULTS The linear range of Imidapril Hydrochloride was 2.5 - 15 mg/ml. The regression equation was C = 0. 025 0 ＋ 1. 455 0 X （ r = 0.999 8 ）. The average recovery was 99.9% with the RSD of 0.49%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, accurate and reliable. It is therefore suitable for the quality control of Imidapril Hydrochloride and its tablets.
