摘要
目的:建立盐酸咪达普利及片剂含量测定方法。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,运用旋光法测定盐酸咪达普利及片剂含量。结果:盐酸咪达普利在2.5—15mg/ml范围内浓度与旋光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程c=0.0250+1.4550X,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.9%,RSD为0.49%(n=9)。结论:本法简便易行,结果准确,可作为盐酸咪达普利及片剂的质控方法。
OBJECT To establish a method for determining the content of Imidapril Hydrochloride and Imidapril Hydrochloride tablets. METHODS Used Polarimetric analysis and Methanol as solvent. RESULTS The linear range of Imidapril Hydrochloride was 2.5 - 15 mg/ml. The regression equation was C = 0. 025 0 + 1. 455 0 X ( r = 0.999 8 ). The average recovery was 99.9% with the RSD of 0.49%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, accurate and reliable. It is therefore suitable for the quality control of Imidapril Hydrochloride and its tablets.
