摘要
本研究报告应用IOEP方案（异环磷酰胺、长春新碱、鬼臼驻乙叉甙、强的松）治疗20例难治性恶性淋巴瘤的临床疗效。全部病例均经病理学证实。治疗结果：全组总有效率为75％，其中，完全缓解率占45％（9／20），部分缓解率为30％（6／20）。主要毒副应为消化道反应，白细胞降低及脱发，无致死性毒副反应发生。
Twenty Patients with refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphomas were treated with IOEP regimen (ifosfamide, Vincristine, etoside, prednison). All patients had pathologycally documented malignancies. The results showed that the total response rate was 80% and the rate of complete response (CR) was 60%. The main toxicity was nausea, Vomiting, Leukopenia and alopecia. Treatment-related death was not observed.
