介绍了济钢冷轧厂连续酸洗线(CPL)的NMW-C1375FS自动闪光对焊机的主要技术参数、技术特点、结构组成、功能流程、闪光焊接原理和电气控制系统。重点对闪光焊接原理,特别是矩形波电压方式的优点进行了详细阐述。
The main technological parameters,technological characteristics,structure composition,function flowsheet,flash welding principle and electric control system of the NMW-C1375FS flash butt welder,which is applied in CPL of Cold strip Mill in Jigang Were introduced.With the emphasis on flash welding principle and especially virtue of voltage ,which is a mode of rectangle wave are described in detail.
