摘要
分析髓母细胞瘤的CT表现以便更好地了解其典型CT特征。材料与方法：本文搜集27倒随母细胞瘤，其中23例行CT平扫和增强扫描。结果：大多数（81．5％）病变在CT平扫时呈非均质性、稍高密度或等密度肿块，内有些低密度灶。增强扫描时，通常（85.2％）呈非均匀性强化，其内的坏死低密度灶更为明显。结论：大多数髓母细胞瘤的典型CT表现并不是均质性的，而是非均质性的，内有低密度区。本组CT表现不同于其他许多人的报告，因此该CT特征在小脑肿块的鉴别诊断中或许有一定的帮助。
Purpose:CT findings of medulloblastoma are analyzed for better und erstanding its typicalCT appearances. Materials and Methods: 27 cases of medulloblastoma are collected in this se-ries. 23 cases in 27 were per formed the pre-and postcontrast CT scan. Results:Most of the le-sions (81. 5 % ) are in heterogeneous,slight hyperdense or isodense masses with a few or manysmall low densities in the lesions on the precontrast CT scan. There are of ten unhomogeneousenhancement in the postcontrast CT scan, and low densities of necrosis in the masses are moreobvious (85. 2 % ). Conclusion: The typical appearances in most of medulloblastoma are not ho-mogeneous lesions, but heterogeneous with low densities in it on the pre- and postcontrast CTscan. The CT finding in this series are different from many others'reports, so these CT fea-tures may be helpful in differential diagnosis of cerebellar masses.
