摘要
根据世界国际航运中心发展的经验,国际航运中心的形成不仅在于其所依托城市的积聚功能和辐射功能,而且还依赖于其所依托经济腹地的发展。上海要实现国际航运中心的目标,除加强与长三角地区的经济联系外,还应该将我国广大的中西部地区纳入其广泛的经济腹地,与中西部经济形成良好的经济互动,互相促进,共同发展。
According to the experience of developing international famous shipping centers, the establishment of such a center not only relies on the accumulation and radiation of the city but also depends on the development of its economic hinterland. This means, in order to fulfill such a goal, Shanghai should enhance its economic relationship with regions in Yangtze delta, and it also should broaden its horizons to take Mid - west China as its economic hinterland and interact with them to obtain mutual promotion and joint development.
