摘要 针对3-TPS混联机床的电动机参数选择和零件设计问题,通过在SolidWorks软件中建立混联机床的三维模型,然后把装配体模型导入到ADAMS/View里,仿真出各主动杆件的速度和驱动力曲线,获得了3-TPS混联机床的运动和动力特性,为机床的电动机选择和机构设计以及控制系统的设计提供了重要依据。 Aimed at the questions of electromotor selection and parts design of five axes hybrid machine tool, this paper sets up the three - dimensional model of hybrid machine tool by using SolidWorks, then puts the assembled model into ADAMS/View, simulates the velocity and driving force curve of each driving shaft, carries out the work for simulating the kinematics and dynamics properties of five axes hybrid machine tool, thus provides the proofs for machine electromotor selection, framework design and control system design.
