摘要
目的评价氟西汀治疗高血压伴抑郁症状的效果。方法70例原发高血压病伴抑郁症状的患者,分成治疗组和对照组,两组均用降压药物治疗,治疗组加用氟西汀,两周后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为78.9%和56.3%。两组比较差异显著。结论氟西汀治疗高血压伴抑郁症状有显著疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of fluoxetine hydrochlofide on depression in patients with hypertension, Methods Seventy patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. Fluoxetine hydrochloride were added in the treatment group. Results Tb.e effectiveness rates were 78.9% in treatment group and 56.3% in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclustion Fluoxetine hydrochloride has a significant effect on primary hypertension complicated with depression.
