摘要
小区的绿化与管理应充分体现“以人为本”的理念,最大限度地考虑居民的生活与休闲需求,在小区的绿化上体现亲和性;在规划设计上更加科学合理,做到乔、灌、藤、草、花有机结合,高、中、低立体搭配;在管护办法上更加行之有效,对植物加强看管、巡查、围护、保洁;在运行机制上更加切实可行,首先确保小区“绿化率”,并对种植物种、株数、棵体大小、草木面积比例等进行规范,保证绿化不缩水。
The virescence and administration of communities should show the concept of ＂people oriented＂, consider the residents＇ living and recreational requirements to the maximum, and embody compatibility in the virescence of the communities ; it should be more scientific and reasonable in the design so as to achieve the combination of arbors, frutex, rattans, grass and flowers, and achieve the three - dimensional arrangement of highness, moderateness and lowness ; it should be more effective in the protecting methods and it should strengthen the guarding, patrolling, defending and cleaning of plants; it should be more practical in the operating mechanisms, in which the ＂virescence rate＂ should be guaranteed, and the species, number, the size of plants, the proportion of the size of grass and trees should be regulated so as to assure that the virescence will not shrink.
