摘要
作者在170型柴油机上开发了一种调频式活塞环油膜厚度的测量装置。并进行了油膜厚度的实机测量.试验表明。该实验装置能够较准确地测量活塞环的油膜厚度，与Furuhama和Hamilton等人的测量装置相比，具有简单，可靠，实用的优点。该实验装置还可望发展成为适合于中小功率柴油机的故障诊断系统。
The authors have on a 170 diesel engine develtoped an FM type measuring unit for the oil film thickness of piston rings,and carried out measurement on a real engine Tests have shown that this experimental unit can accomplish more accurate measurement of the oil film thickness of piston rings and ,compared with the metering means developed by Furuhama and Hamilton, have the advantages of simplicity,reliability and utility. Moreover, it can be expected to develop such experimental unit into a trouble diagnosis system suitable for small and medium power diesel engines.
