摘要
本文对目前国内外广泛采用的几种柴油机微粒过滤材料的微波特性进行了测量计算,并利用建立的柴油机微粒过滤及再生系统对过滤体的微波加热及再生特性进行了研究。结果表明,微波再生技术是比较成功的,它简单可靠,具有较广泛的应用价值。试验结果同时也表明,不同过滤材料的微波特性具有很大差异,需根据过滤材料的特性合理地设计再生系统及组织再生过程。
The microwave characteristic of different diesel exhaust particulate filters have been measured and calculated, and the microwave heating and regeneration characteristic of filters have been studied in this paper by using the diesel particulate trap and regeneration system designed. The experimental results show that the microwave regeneration technique is successful, it is simple and reliable. The results also show that there are greater difference between different filters. So it is necessary to design the regeneration system and organize the regeneration process reasonably according to the characteristic of filters.
