摘要
三线建设是新中国经济建设史上最重要的一次战略部署。三线建设的原因是多方面的、复杂的。备战是三线建设的最直接的原因;改变我国工业布局的不合理状况,促进经济的长远发展是三线建设的根本原因;革命战争年代积极防御的军事战略思想是三线建设的思想根源。
The Third-line construction is the most important strategic plan in the history of building new China. It occupies an extremely important position in the history of new China＇s economic development . The causes of the Third-line construction are various and complex. The most direct one is for war preparations, and its root is to change the irrational pattern in the industry so as to promote the long-term economic development of our country. Its ideological root is the military thinking of active defense during the revolutionary war.
