不同因素对微乳液萃取色氨酸微结构的影响 被引量:1

Effect on microstructure of tryptophane extracted by reversed microemulsion

摘要 考察部分皂化的二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(HDEHP)/C7H6/NaOH/H2O反相微乳液(简称HDEHP微乳液)萃取色氨酸的行为.结果表明,当HDEHP微乳液萃取体系pH值为2-5.89时,色氨酸萃取量随体系pH增大而逐渐降低,当加入金属离子时,色氨酸分子的微结构、萃取微环境被改变,萃取行为被不同程度地抑制,Ca2+对色氨酸萃取的抑制作用显著,Zn2+、Cu2+较弱. The mass transfer characterizations in partially saponified Di - ( 2 - ethylhexyl ) - phosphoric acid ester/heptane/NaOH/H2O reversed microemulsion extractions of L - tryptophane were presented. When the aqueous solution pH value were between 2 and 5.89, tryptophane was successfully transferred from the aqueous phase to reversed microemulsion organic phase by extraction, and quantities of extraction decreased with the increase of the aqueous solution pH. Microstructure and microenvironment of the extracted tryptophane were destructed and the extractions were restrained partially as the addition of metal ions. Furthermore, the effect of the addition of Ca^2+ was more obvious than that of Zn^2+ and Cu^2+.
