摘要
公交运营调度是整个公交企业管理业务的核心部分.提高我国城市公交的运营调度水平,是改善城市公交服务质量、增强城市公交吸引力的重要途径.本文从乘客候车满意度的角度分析了公交车调度问题,建立了以客流需求为基础数据,以尽可能满足乘客候车满意度为目标的公交线路发车频率优化模型.文章介绍了模型的构建过程、目标函数与约束条件中各组成要素的计算方法以及模型的解法,并用实例证明该模型是可行的.
Bus dispatching is the core of entire public traffic enterprise management. Improve the level of urban bus dispatching is an important way to make urban bus have a better quality and more attractive. In this paper, the problem of bus dispatching in the angle of passengers' satisfactory degree of waiting is analyzed and a model which based on the passengers' need and satisfies the passengers' satisfactory degree is established. The algorithm of this model is presented and a case study shows that the model is feasible.
